Like the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, I have made the Switch. I am finally joining the paying community of bloggers and am showing just how serious I am about all of this. Honestly, I just got really tired of using Blogger with all of it’s inadequacies. Now, I just hope that Typepad is all that my friends brag that it is. Moving URL’s is kind of a scary thing. Just like my shift to Mac over a year ago, I hope that my "leap of faith" is worth it.

  1. You could always buy a domain name from godaddy.com or dotster.com and then have it redirect to wherever you’re currently hosting your blog. That way you never have to change URL’s again. You’re domain name will only cost about $10 per year.
By the way, my name is Kat and I found your blog from Los’s. I found Los’s from Anne Jackson’s and I don’t remember anymore how I found Anne’s. 🙂 I think I’ve also seen you over at Shlog.
I’ve found that having a domain name really saves me from “switching headaches.”
