The end of 7:22

7:22 is a ministry in ATL that really revolutionized the way young adult and college ministry is done. Even though it happened on the other side of the country, I was influenced and spurred on by what they were doing on a weekly basis. It was always one of those places that I just wished I could visit once. 

Well, it looks like they are shutting it down, and I respect that. Not many organizations, especially churches, can objectively and through prayer, cut off one of their own arms. I’m always amazed at stories of people who step out of “power positions” to see the body thrive, or to see a huge church realize when they need to fold their 4 services down to 2. It’s a humbling experience, but all for the better. So, here’s the announcement, that I saw over on Los‘ blog:
