I just love dilbert. It's like the guy is in my head. I've fixed a couple computer issues at work and next thing you know, I'm the in-office IT guy (which I'm not qualified for at all). But, it never fails that the most common way to fix a computer or any electronic device for that matter, is to turn it all the way off, take the battery out, or do a master reset.

  1. Honestly, I never feel as stupid as when I have to sit in front of my computer and make the dreaded IT call. Actually that’s not true. I feel even more like an idiot when I “attempt” to explain what my computer is or isn’t doing to the IT genius on the other end of the line.
